This has absolutely been the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I was shopping around for the best deal and expected a professional experience. Instead, I was made uncomfortable by a comment from a dealership employee. When discussing pricing and options, the employee said, ā€œHow do you like how it feels,ā€ which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional in this context. Car buying should be respectful and straightforward. Comments like this made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and it immediately ended my interest in doing business here. If you want communication from service deaprtment please dont expect any unless you physically call and request info. Also please take photos of your odometer as this service dept drove my car for 60 miles and i havent even picked it up yet. No service video was provided at all.. Just terrible all the way around. I am only reviewing their service department. After three separate incidents on three separate simple service requests I have learned my lesson. I wouldn't take any vehicle to this service department if my life depended on it. They have knowingly damaged my vehicle and returned it toe without saying a word. They even tried to cover it up by washing it and forgot to close the windows. DO NOT take your car here for service. For one, they will overcharge you by about 75% over what a small mechanic shop will charge you. I found this out after they quoted us $2,300 for a 100K service, and my local mechanic quoted me $1,400 for the exact same service. Unfortunately, we had already signed and agreed to pay their inflated rates. They will also decieve and upcharge you wherever they can. I was charged a "diagnosis fee" for broken piece of plastic. Bought a new Gladiator Willys on May 8th. We did NOT receive all of the paperwork from finance dept. Yes, we got a copy of the CA notice of foreign language, but the most important items were missing. Chargers $195.00 per hour for repairs. Had my 2014 Grand Cherokee in during a 3 month period (Oct and Jan) for check ups prior for long drives for vacations. Both times added work repairs to initial work. Total bill came to $6,002. Of that total $4,066 or 68% of total cost was labor. Will not go back.

Had a great experience at this dealer. I bought a new Jeep Gladiator. Got a killer deal from Morgan and he gave me exactly what I had asked for for my Wrangler trade in. I purchased my hot red Renegade in July, 2018. The gal in financing was very helpful. The car did not have a spare key and I told them it was a deal breaker if they could not provide a spare. It took awhile and I had moved out of state in September. BUT I finally received not one but TWO spare keys. AND I was reimbursed for the cost of programming the keys. After some haggling the service department agreed to correct whatever problem was causing the noise. The problem was supposedly corrected by replacing the A/C compressor. He put the effort in to win my business. He gave a precise quote, to the penny and honored it when I came in. Without me asking, he provided updates on the Jeep's build phases. I was referred to Courtesy Jeep as I was looking to lease a new Cherokee. Rob T was very professional, friendly and very easy to work with. My common complaint against most car shopping is the amount of games that are being played, well let me be clear, at Courtesy with Rob I was treated as a valued customer and everything was conducted very professionally and to the point. This is exactly how I like doing business with a car dealership, it was my first transaction at Courtesy, but I very highly recommend contacting them for your car needs.
